TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the below Terms and Conditions in detail before ordering. These are the terms and conditions in which ON-DATE and you enter upon the placement of your purchase.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

ORDER:
The order will be complete upon receiving the payment in full and after we have emailed you to confirm the order. This is when the contract will become active between us (ON-DATE) and you. 
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject an order, at which point either no payment will be taken or any taken payments will be refunded. 
A unique order numbers will be provided for each order, please quote this number is any communications regarding your order. 
If you wish to change or cancel your order before shipping please use the “CONTACT US” form or email us directly at the email at the bottom of the website. Please set the subject as “Order Amendment”. We will action any possible amendments and if these are not possible and requested before shipping then you reserve the right to cancel the order and contract. 

ENDING CONTRACT 

If you wish to cancel the contract then this must be done before the order is shipped. Please complete the "CONTACT US" form or email us directly with the email at the bottom of the website. Set the subject as "Cancel Order".

We reserve the right cancel the contract if:
x You do not make a payment when due.
x You do not supply requested information within a reasonable time.
If we cancel the contract then any relevant payments will be refunded.

If you end the contract for any reason after the products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must post them back to us at the address provided during this process.

DELIVERY COSTS

Deliveries to the UK are free of charge and products will usually be delivered in 3-5 working days.

We do not currently deliver to countries outside the UK.

DELIVERY PROVIDER

Our products are delivered by Royal Mail.

All deliveries will be tracked.

SHIPPING TIMES

Products will be shipped as soon as possible (within 48 hours).

Sometimes shipping may take longer than the above time but a "Disclaimer" will be clearly displayed prior to purchase if this is the case.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Deliveries are provided by a third party. Once dispatched from our warehouse we are not responsible for delays out of our control. We will aim to update you as soon as we are aware of any potential delays with the delivery provider and do everything within our power to minimise these delays.

In the event there is a risk of severe delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any product you have paid for but not received.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You have full responsibility for the product once it is delivered to the given address.

You are responsible to supply us with all the information required to complete the order. If you do not give the required information then we may request it, if this information is not supplied within the stated time then we have the right to cancel the contract and order, any paid money will be refunded.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint and apply for a refund, please complete the "CONTACT US" form or email us directly with the email at the bottom of the website. Set the subject as "Complaints" and supply as much information as you feel necessary.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. 

RETURNS

Currently we do not offer refunds.

PRICING & PRODUCTS

PRICES

All displayed prices include VAT.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Discover, JCB, Diners, and UnionPay credit cards. Note: UnionPay payment is not yet available to all users.

We accept Apple Pay.
Payments must be paid in full before the product is shipped.

PRODUCT

Products may vary slightly from their images and descriptions. The images and descriptions of the products on our website are for visual purposes only. Although every measure has been taken to display the colours, designs and materials accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colour and texture accurately reflects the detail of the products and designs. 

If you would like further information on a product, please complete the "CONTACT US" form and set the subject as "Product Enquiry" and state the products unique code.

PRIVACY POLICY

DATA STORAGE

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

This contract is between you and us. No other party has any rights within this agreement.  
CONTRACT

If the court finds any part of this contract illegal, the rest of the contract will still be active.  
We can enforce this contract at any time.

 

These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
